As the Creative Operations Manager, you will be the key operational support for the Brand team, responsible for developing systems and workflows that enable scalable creative production. You will facilitate collaboration across Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Paid Media, and Social teams, ensuring smooth information flow, asset availability, and timely approvals to keep projects progressing efficiently.

- Oversee project timelines and review cycles by tracking task owners, collecting feedback, managing revisions, securing approvals, and finalizing deliverables to avoid bottlenecks and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
- Supervise the full creative asset lifecycle, from production through post-production, paid media, social, partner distribution, and final archiving, including organizing files, enforcing naming conventions, managing version control, and controlling access.
- Support production logistics and documentation: preparing schedules, call sheets, coordinating travel, compiling shot lists, maintaining deliverable trackers, and ensuring shoot organization.
- Design and upkeep trackers, templates, procedures, and operational systems that enable visibility across ongoing projects and support the Brand team's scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, production coordination, project management, or comparable roles within a creative or brand setting.

- Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with the skill to develop and manage trackers, templates, file organizations, and processes fostering team clarity.
- Knowledge of production logistics and related documentation, including scheduling, call sheets, travel plans, deliverables, and coordination across internal and external collaborators.
- Exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and follow-through, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits and Work Culture
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits designed to attract and retain top talent.
- Flexible remote work setup allowing full work-from-home capabilities.
