Responsibilities

Deliver pre-written lesson plans across various subjects for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, ensuring engagement and task adherence.
Maintain a calm, safe, and productive classroom atmosphere using leadership and management skills.
Collaborate with academic departments to report concisely on student behaviour and progress during cover lessons.

Candidate Profile

Outstanding leadership presence to confidently manage groups of approximately 30 students.
