Role Overview

The Courier is responsible for the safe, precise, and prompt collection and delivery of parcels, ensuring accuracy by verifying package contents and scanning at pick-up and drop-off points. Providing outstanding customer assistance and maintaining the security of shipments are key aspects of this position.

Key Duties

• Carry out safe collection and delivery of packages along assigned routes, strictly following scheduled times.
• Confirm order accuracy by verifying and scanning parcel contents during collections and deliveries.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring parcels are securely packed and handled.
• Promptly report any discrepancies including delivery problems, damaged items, or wrong addresses.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: Secondary school completion or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional driving experience is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid Australian driving license, either Class C (car) or Medium Rigid (MR) truck license.
