Role Summary

We are looking for an accomplished and detail-focused Country Manager for Africa within our Inspiring Audio Division. This leader will spearhead business expansion efforts by uncovering fresh opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, growing customer engagement, and meeting revenue objectives. The position demands extensive travel and adeptness in navigating diverse cultural and commercial landscapes across African markets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business development plan targeting specified African regions.
• Discover emerging markets, client segments, and areas ripe for expansion.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis, pricing reviews, trend monitoring, and customer assessments.
• Support market entry strategies and enlargement into new territories.
• Consistently achieve yearly sales and revenue goals for assigned countries.
• Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure business growth.
• Prepare compelling commercial proposals, quotations, and justifications for business initiatives.
• Engage in negotiations over contracts and commercial deals.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with major customers, distributors, and strategic allies.
• Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to build strategic industry alliances.
• Participate actively in tender processes, requests for proposals, and major projects.
• Travel frequently to meet with clients, partners, and governmental authorities.
• Represent Keenfinity at trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking functions.
• Deliver detailed business performance reviews and insights to company leadership.

Candidate Qualifications

• A master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• An MBA degree is considered advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing markets within Africa.
• A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and expanding into new markets.

• Proficiency in market research and forecasting methodologies.
• Effective relationship-building and client management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Solid commercial understanding and financial literacy.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
