About the Role
Eyegear Optics India Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Counter Incharge for their Hyderabad location. This position involves overseeing daily store operations related to optical products, ensuring smooth and efficient service within the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities at the store including inventory control, merchandising displays, and customer care.
- Offer specialized guidance to customers regarding eyewear selections, helping them choose appropriate frames tailored to their specific requirements.
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and provide prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses as necessary.
- Keep detailed sales records and handle administrative duties such as supply ordering to maintain store functionality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess between six to twenty years of professional experience in optometry or allied areas such as optical sales or optical technology.
- Have a solid understanding of eyeglass and contact lens technologies alongside sales strategies within the optical field.
- Demonstrate proficient communication abilities for effective customer engagement and consultation.
- Be capable of operating independently with limited oversight.
