Job Overview
Dream Home Plasto Ware Ind. seeks a Corporate Sales Executive to enhance and expand its B2B clientele. This role involves direct field sales activities, including visiting corporate offices, distributors, dealers, and business clients to introduce and promote products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads and corporate customers.
- Visit businesses to present and demonstrate products with samples.
- Explain product specifications, pricing details, and customization possibilities.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with procurement and key decision-makers.
- Follow up on quotations and successfully convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Meet monthly sales goals and targets.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain daily reports on client visits and update lead progress.

Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, FMCG, packaging, plastic products, houseware, corporate gifting, or manufacturing sales.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
- Proven abilities in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, relationship management, and field sales.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
- Must be willing to travel within Gurgaon and Noida for client engagements.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
