Established in 1995 and corporatized in 2006, ARINEM operates major offices in Lucknow and Delhi, along with project offices throughout India. The firm is recognized for its technological innovation, notably in monolithic concrete construction for large housing projects. ARINEM has completed a range of projects such as universities, hospitals, townships, malls, schools, and hotels, emphasizing community development. Currently, the company plays a key role in Railway Station Redevelopment projects, transforming major stations like Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Chandigarh.

Role Summary

The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for designing and driving both internal and external communication strategies to enhance ARINEM's brand and support critical projects. This role is full-time and requires working onsite at Lucknow or Delhi. Key duties include composing and managing press releases, corporate announcements, and communications from executives. The manager will oversee content creation for the company's website, social media, and marketing materials. Building and nurturing media relationships, coordinating interviews, and maintaining consistent messaging across all platforms are core responsibilities. Collaborating closely with leadership as well as project and design teams, the manager will translate technical and design details into clear, compelling stories. Additionally, the role involves assessing communication effectiveness, managing reputational risks, and backing events, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in corporate and strategic communications, including developing comprehensive communications plans.
• Ability to draft and manage press releases and official statements targeting various audiences.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex information persuasively to varied stakeholders.
• Experience with media relations, including managing journalist interactions, securing coverage, and handling inquiries.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred; master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
• Prior corporate communications experience, especially within design, architecture, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation capabilities with close attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Capability to work onsite in Lucknow and partner with multiple teams while managing several projects and meeting deadlines.
• Familiar with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and has some knowledge of design or content management software.
