Position: Corporate Account Manager
We seek a motivated and experienced Corporate Account Manager passionate about sourcing new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving organizational growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop new client business and meet designated sales targets primarily in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with corporate clients and vital stakeholders.
- Evaluate clients' requirements to deliver customized insurance solutions and risk management coverage.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, engage in contract negotiations, and close deals effectively.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure prompt policy issuance and superior post-sale support.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, enhancing portfolio expansion.
- Observe market changes and competitor movements to aid business development strategies.
- Comply fully with corporate policies, operational directives, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate account management or related insurance roles.
- Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent English communication capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with adaptability to evolving market conditions.
- Familiarity with insurance and underwriting procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
