Role overview

Starberry is hiring a full-time Content Executive / Content Writer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This role suits someone creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about producing strong, search-friendly copy that supports marketing goals and strengthens brand authority.

You will create and manage content across online and offline touchpoints for a property and lettings business, helping position the company as a trusted name in the market. The role involves working closely with the Head of Brand and Communications, the wider marketing team, and outside vendors.

What you will do

• Develop, edit, and publish compelling content for websites, PPC, social platforms, email campaigns, and printed collateral such as brochures, posters, and canvassing materials.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and support organic search growth.
• Support content planning by contributing to calendars and maintaining a consistent message across channels.
• Research market trends, competitor content, customer pain points, and SEO keywords to shape relevant and useful copy.
• Ensure all output matches brand voice, style, and guidelines.
• Handle social media content, including posts, stories, and engagement-focused activity.
• Review performance data using analytics tools and refine content based on insights.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners so content aligns with business objectives and audience needs.

Skills and experience needed

• At least 4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in property, real estate, or a closely related sector.
• Strong writing ability with a clear, concise, and engaging style.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft, improve, and personalise content while preserving tone and consistency.
• Working knowledge of SEO methods, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content refinement.
• Experience writing for digital channels such as websites, blogs, email, and social media.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt writing for different audiences and formats.
• Good organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work proactively within a team.
• Desirable: familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and basic HTML.

The salary is competitive and will depend on experience. This is a full-time onsite position based in Coimbatore.
