Job Overview
Creamery Hut in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking seasoned Continental Cooks passionate about preparing a variety of continental dishes, beverages, desserts, and pizzas while upholding the highest quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a range of continental dishes such as pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, and fries.
- Craft beverages including coffee, cold coffee, shakes, mojitos, mocktails, and related café drinks.
- Prepare and artfully present desserts like waffles, gelato, sundaes, brownies, and other sweet treats.
- Ensure uniformity in the taste, quality, and presentation of food items.
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, hygienic practices, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen supplies efficiently to reduce waste.
- Work effectively under busy conditions and collaborate with kitchen staff.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working specifically as a Continental Cook.
- Proven expertise in making pizzas, preparing beverages, and crafting desserts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Immediate availability is favored.
