About the Role

At 4KMEDIA, the Content Writer position involves crafting impactful and compelling written material across multiple channels including social media, marketing initiatives, scripts, and brand communications. The role focuses on producing content that drives engagement and meets specific brand goals.

The candidate must be adept at writing fluently in both English and Telugu to cater to different project demands, demonstrating clear thinking, strong narrative skills, and the ability to deliver quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Create captivating captions for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn that resonate with the brand's voice and target audience psychology.
Develop concise video scripts, like Reels and Shorts, incorporating attention-grabbing openings tailored to the intended audience and platform tone.
Compose persuasive ad copy for platforms like Meta and Google Ads, and support promotional or landing page content focused on clarity and conversions.
Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers and Video Editors to convert strategies into well-structured content drafts, revising based on feedback and performance metrics.

Experience and Skills

Between 1 to 3 years of practical content writing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media captions, scripts, advertisements, or marketing materials.
Fluency in writing English and Telugu with excellent grammar and communication clarity.
Proven ability to adapt tone according to platform needs and audience.
Basic knowledge of measuring content success through metrics such as CTR, engagement, hooks, and conversions.
Research skills to ensure content accuracy.
Good time-management and the discipline required for remote work.

Additional (Bonus) Skills

Foundational understanding of SEO principles.
Familiarity with Meta Ads copywriting frameworks.
Awareness of content psychology and storytelling techniques.
Experience using AI-assisted writing tools strategically.
A passion for content creation and keeping up with trends.
Prior agency experience is advantageous.
