Role Overview
We seek a passionate content creator and social media expert to join our team as a Content Marketing Executive. You will collaborate closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager, gaining wide-ranging marketing exposure with a primary focus on content creation, social media management, influencer relations, and community engagement. You'll have creative freedom to experiment, innovate, and accelerate your growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of all organic social media channels including Instagram (primary focus), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook by developing compelling content strategies, managing social calendars, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously enhance engagement.
- Act as the brand’s main community representative, handling interactions across comments, stories, and direct messages to deliver authentic experiences aligned with White Rabbit’s values.
- Develop and execute influencer strategies by discovering and managing relationships with creators ranging from nano to macro; oversee gifting and paid campaigns while measuring effectiveness for optimization.
- Manage KPIs and budgets for your areas, understanding financial cycles and calculating ROI to ensure campaign success.
- Assist in planning and executing community and branded events, including approximately six exhibitions annually and in-house activities such as run clubs and celebrations. Oversee supplier negotiations and event logistics.
- Lead the merchandise program by identifying product opportunities, proposing design concepts, liaising with vendors, and ensuring brand consistency across caps, bottles, fleeces, and other items.

- Creative thinker with a strong grasp of current TikTok trends and viral marketing techniques, eager to test new ideas and learn quickly.
- Experienced content creator possessing a portfolio of polished videos and content that effectively resonates with target audiences.
- Exceptional communicator skilled at storytelling through both text and visuals across multiple platforms.
- Energetic relationship builder who enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Work Environment and Additional Information
The position is based in our Hammersmith office, featuring a hybrid work model with typically three days onsite and two remote days per week. Monthly visits to our gluten-free bakery in Oxfordshire are part of the role. The office also includes two resident dogs for a welcoming atmosphere.
