Position Overview

We are seeking a Content Analyst specializing in Media & Insights to join a remote contract team. This role involves working 10 to 40 hours per week, focusing on evaluating and improving Gmail inbox architectures and user experiences to aid AI-driven intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Examine Gmail inbox arrangements including labeling systems and categorization methods to identify potential enhancements.
Deliver comprehensive, well-structured, and actionable insights regarding email organization and the overall user interface.
Recognize repetitive trends in communication workflows to assist AI in understanding and prioritizing content effectively.
Assist in the creation and refinement of quality datasets and evaluation frameworks critical to AI development.
Work collaboratively with diverse teams to improve AI outputs and ensure seamless digital workflows.
Uphold meticulous accuracy and thoroughness during evaluations and feedback delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail along with strong analytical capabilities in digital communication contexts.
Familiarity with Gmail functionalities including labeling, filtering, and folder organization best practices.
Demonstrated skill in delivering clear, structured, and concise written feedback on intricate workflows.
