Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and worldwide clients to tackle challenging issues and deliver transformative solutions.
• Conduct thorough research including data gathering, surveys, and interviews to gain a deep understanding of client challenges and distill insights.
• Analyze problems, detect trends, formulate and test hypotheses to develop structured recommendations aiding client decision-making.
• Contribute to client-ready outputs such as presentations, analyses, workshops, and discussions to propel project progress.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be considered.
• Candidates should demonstrate initiative, intuition, creativity, strong problem solving abilities, and analytical thinking.
• No specific academic background or industry experience is mandated; diverse life experiences, extracurricular activities, and leadership outside academics are valued.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
