Primary Responsibilities
- Independently oversee and strategically evolve global employee benefits programs, including adapting and implementing local benefit schemes.
- Ensure governance adherence for benefits and pension plans by maintaining compliance with policies and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external service providers to advise on pension and retirement planning topics.
- Conduct thorough analyses of benefits data, cost patterns, and market trends to develop actionable recommendations.
- Provide expert advice on benefits-related matters to HR and business leaders.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and coordinate internal stakeholders to guarantee efficient processes and service quality.
- Participate proactively in projects and ongoing enhancement efforts concerning Total Rewards and Benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A completed degree in business administration focusing on Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Multiple years of professional experience in employee benefits management, particularly in global pension or retirement planning.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and understanding of diverse country-specific regulatory environments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis applications.
- Familiarity with HRIS, benefits or payroll systems, and AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and good proficiency in German.
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication capabilities, with the skill to simplify complex concepts paired with cross-cultural sensitivity.
- High self-motivation combined with an organized, analytical approach to work.
