Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of primary care service challenges.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hold current NMC registration as a trained nurse.
• Possess a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, able to travel to various sites; reasonable adjustments made for disabled applicants.
• Willingness to work weekends and some bank holidays.
• Ability to innovate and motivate within the clinical setting.

Additional Information

Joining NELFT means beginning with a thorough induction process designed to integrate new staff effectively. Inductions occur on the first Monday of each month and span up to two weeks, covering mandatory and systems training and equipment allocation. New employees will have opportunities to meet leadership teams and engage in wellbeing sessions, conducted at the head office in Goodmayes, Essex.

This post includes a probationary period, except for certain internal applicants. Furthermore, employees receive a High Cost Area Supplement amounting to 5% of the basic salary, ranging from £1,303 to £2,198 per annum (pro rata for part-time roles).
