Job Overview

• Prepare and present dishes following precise cooking and supervisory instructions.
• Adjust work pace in response to varied activity levels, special events, and guest needs.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organize food storage in accordance with guidelines.
• Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations.
• Follow menu specifications provided by senior chefs.
• Manage food inventory and control costs within the assigned section.
• Maintain kitchen equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a vocational diploma in food & beverage studies or equivalent enthusiasm and skill for the sector regardless of formal education.
• At least 3 years of experience in culinary roles, preferably within luxury lifestyle resorts.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a team while showing initiative.
• Experience in Italian restaurant settings is an added advantage.
