About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Property Hunter to actively discover and source commercial real estate opportunities across Hyderabad. This position is perfectly suited for candidates who thrive in field environments, enjoy interacting with property owners and brokers, and excel at spotting potential properties before they hit the market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough surveys of designated commercial micro-markets throughout Hyderabad.
• Identify eligible commercial properties, including standalone buildings, office spaces, institutional-use properties, and large-format sites.
• Engage directly with landlords, property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders to foster strong professional connections.
• Gather and document detailed property information, including photographs, rental expectations, and ownership records.
• Perform initial property evaluations aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate and participate in property inspections.
• Present shortlisted commercial properties to relevant internal teams.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with property owners and brokers to uncover new listings.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of leads, visits, and field activities.
• Meet leasing and acquisition objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial real estate sectors such as leasing, brokerage, property sourcing, land acquisition, or field sales.
• Thorough knowledge of Hyderabad's neighborhoods and commercial zones.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong capability to independently identify and secure commercial properties.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a daily basis.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Possession of a smartphone is mandatory.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
