This role is broad and impactful, providing analytic support, modeling, and insights that aid strategic and operational decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing detailed analyses of both commercial and operational performance metrics.
• Creating and maintaining pricing and discount models.
• Managing and enhancing sales forecasting models.
• Producing monthly performance reports, including commentary and insights.
• Developing operational KPIs and related reporting tools.
• Preparing investment proposals and assisting with strategic initiatives.
• Identifying business trends, risks, and opportunities to boost overall performance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a commercially astute Analyst who effectively influences decisions through clear insights. They should have extensive experience in financial and commercial analysis and be confident in translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years experience in commercial, financial, or business analyst roles.
• Highly skilled in advanced financial modeling and analytics.
• Proven experience with pricing, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI.
• Strong understanding of operational business functions coupled with commercial acumen.
• Effective communication skills suitable for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
• Possession of a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
