Operating private training centers that focus on brain, physical, and character development, KidStrong serves kids from those just walking up to 11 years old. The program is built upon a science-driven curriculum that prioritizes parents and is delivered by expert coaches.
Position Overview
KidStrong Coral Springs is expanding rapidly and seeks enthusiastic and passionate professionals eager to positively influence the lives of children and their families. The role involves coaching children using an evolving monthly curriculum aimed at holistic development—brain, body, and character—alongside active engagement with parents to explain the principles behind the program.
Work Schedule
- Weekday sessions run from 9 AM to 11 AM and late afternoons from approximately 3 PM to 7:30 PM.
- Weekend classes typically start at 9 AM and conclude around 2 PM.
- Flexible scheduling options available depending on studio needs.
- Opportunities to earn additional hours by assisting with camps, parties, and parent night events.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for working with children is essential.
- Experience coaching children ages walking to 11 years is preferred.
- Comfortable and experienced in educating parents about KidStrong's curriculum.
- Possess intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a positive and motivating attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently.
- Comfortable in public speaking or being in the spotlight.
- CPR certification is required.
