Role Overview
As the Cluster Head for Last Mile Operations in the West cluster, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new partners, managing their operations, and overseeing their performance. Your role involves frequent visits to partner facilities across multiple cities to audit and resolve operational challenges, driving key metrics, and collaborating across teams to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and training initiatives for new Last Mile operations partners.
- Consistently identify and integrate new partners into the network.
- Monitor and manage the performance metrics of partners in the West cluster.
- Conduct regular facility visits to audit processes and address operational deficiencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures and compliance.
- Own end-to-end delivery of operational key performance indicators and strive to meet objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any field.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience within the e-commerce logistics sector, ideally focused on Last Mile operations.
- Experience with partner onboarding and training in Last Mile or sorting operations is essential.
- Exposure to working in Jaipur or other regions in Rajasthan in a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with control tower management and field operations will be considered a bonus.
