Role Overview

The Clinical Implementation Specialist will be integral in delivering innovative healthcare technology solutions to enterprise clients across the United States. This role emphasizes leading complex implementation projects, enhancing clinical workflows, and driving tangible value within healthcare organizations. It requires a blend of healthcare knowledge, technical aptitude, and strategic client collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of technology.

Key Accountabilities

Lead activation projects for strategic healthcare clients covering kickoff through to implementation, go-live, and ongoing optimization phases.
Develop and standardize scalable implementation methodologies and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
Create comprehensive implementation plans that align with client goals, timelines, workflows, and operational needs.
Manage coordination of cross-functional teams including IT, clinical, administrative, product, and engineering during implementation.
Configure and tailor solutions to meet client-specific healthcare workflows and operational requirements.
Develop operational tools, dashboards, and reporting workflows using platforms like Retool to support visibility and tracking.
Write SQL queries, analytics workflows, and data pipelines to track adoption, usage, and outcomes.
Design and conduct training programs for healthcare providers, staff, and administrators.
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate implementation success and client adoption levels.
Create automated reporting solutions that clarify progress, challenges, and business impact.
Build and maintain strong executive client relationships throughout activation phases, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain thorough documentation, process improvements, and operational playbooks.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize customer outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process optimization informed by feedback, data insights, and operational results.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, implementation, customer success, or a closely related function.
Proven project management expertise with experience handling multiple strategic implementations simultaneously.
Technical proficiency including foundational data analysis skills, SQL knowledge, and experience with visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders and driving adoption through effective change management.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate efficiently with clinical teams, technical staff, and business leaders.
Willingness and capacity to travel approximately 25% of the time, potentially up to 50%, depending on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in healthcare.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic health records (EHR), particularly Epic systems.
Experience with low-code platforms like Retool for building operational dashboards and tools.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL for solution customization during implementations.
Background in clinical documentation, medical workflows, or medical scribing is advantageous.
