Clinic Manager - Special Needs Centre

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Special Needs Centre located in Doha, Qatar. This full-time position offers a salary of AED 15,000 per month, tax-free, with visa sponsorship provided. The role is ideal for a professional passionate about enhancing care quality and driving business growth within special needs education and therapeutic services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the Special Needs Centre.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering educational and therapeutic services.
• Promote operational efficiency, uphold service quality, and encourage ongoing improvements.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and operational outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Special Needs Education.
• At least five years of managerial experience in a Special Needs Centre setting.
• Demonstrated ability to expand operations, increase service offerings, and improve revenue.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities, adept at managing diverse, multicultural teams.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Professional references required.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
