Overview

Key Duties

• Establish and sustain robust connections with current clients.
• Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and service needs.
• Comprehend client demands and guarantee prompt service fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Address and resolve client issues to boost satisfaction.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups and client review sessions.
• Generate reports highlighting client feedback, service effectiveness, and account conditions.
• Spot potential avenues for account expansion and cross-selling.
• Maintain high client retention and satisfaction rates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree required.
• At least three years’ relevant work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
