Job description
About Vedant Financial Services
Vedant Finserv is a specialized wealth management and comprehensive financial planning firm catering to affluent clients, including HNIs, NRIs, senior professionals, and entrepreneurial families both in India and abroad. Our services transcend mere investment products, focusing on empowering families with improved financial decision-making through tailored planning, asset allocation, risk management, retirement and estate planning, insurance solutions, taxation coordination, and long-term wealth structuring.
Role Overview
The Client Relationship Partner (AVP level) manages and nurtures relationships with a designated set of client families. Positioned at the nexus of relationship management, financial planning, client servicing, and execution coordination, this role collaborates closely with financial planners, operations teams, and management to ensure that advisory guidance is effectively implemented, delivering a consistent and highly personalized service experience to every family.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned families' financial status, goals, priorities, and concerns.
- Maintain ongoing meaningful engagement beyond transactional communication.
- Serve as a reliable contact point, ensuring all client inquiries and concerns are promptly acknowledged, coordinated, and resolved.
- Establish continuity of relationships with spouses and other relevant family members.
- Schedule and manage periodic portfolio and financial planning reviews, updating all relevant data, pending issues, and prior action points in preparation for meetings.
- Collaborate actively with senior financial planners during meetings as necessary.
- Document meeting minutes comprehensively, translating discussions into assigned tasks with deadlines and follow-ups.
- Track all commitments made during meetings through to completion.
- Acquire adequate knowledge to clearly explain the reasoning behind financial recommendations, while ensuring that complex advice and regulated activities remain within proper internal and regulatory boundaries.
- Monitor the implementation of review decisions, including handling documentation, executing investments, facilitating redemptions, portfolio rebalancing, and any agreed actions.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to identify and escalate service exceptions early, preventing any client-service failures.
Compensation
The role offers a salary range of INR 100000 to 134000 per month.
