Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to oversee daily operations within the department. Based in Leyton, this permanent full-time role involves leading by example, supporting colleagues, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Manage stock and assist with onboarding new team members.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for resolving issues on the sales floor.
• Collaborate closely with your manager to enhance team performance and morale.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in retail or a customer-facing role.
• Strong desire to take responsibility and support colleagues.
• Effective communicator with a positive, can-do outlook.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
