Cleaner - Night Shift

Overview

Velociti Services is seeking dedicated Cleaners to join their night shift team operating Sunday through Thursday from 11pm to 7am. As a frontline associate, you will perform commercial cleaning duties at client sites, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and managing waste disposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete assigned cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the workplace.
• Comply with company rules, procedures, and policies consistently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to supervision and instructions.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with supervisors, team leads, colleagues, and clients.
• Fill in shifts during staff shortages as needed.
• Assist shift leads in completing punch-list items.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
• Present oneself professionally in appearance and conduct.
• Understand and prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Be familiar with reporting systems and environmental standards.
• Build trust through reliable performance.
• Carry out tasks such as vacuuming, edging, dusting, restroom and breakroom cleaning and stocking, window cleaning, trash collection and disposal, sweeping, mopping, and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift boxes and parcels weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Capability to bend, squat, lift, and stretch as required for handling items.
• Comfortably climb small to medium flights of stairs several times daily.
• Stand for prolonged time periods during shifts.
