Role Overview
Wasael Property Management is hiring a Civil Works Technician in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role is focused on maintaining and repairing civil work items across the assigned property, with tasks coordinated by the Civil Works Supervisor and direct manager.
Core Duties
The technician will carry out day-to-day civil maintenance tasks and support the team in keeping property finishes and fixtures in proper condition. Work will be assigned according to schedule and may include hands-on repair and upkeep activities across different civil trade areas.
Scope of Work
- Execute assigned civil maintenance activities, including painting, gypsum work, masonry, and carpentry, based on the schedule provided by the Civil Works Supervisor.
- Provide technical support to the property team so that civil-related items remain functional and in good working order through timely repairs.
- Escalate any concerns, issues, or complaints to the Supervisor without delay so that corrective action can be taken promptly.
- Carry out any additional duties requested by the Direct Manager.
Health and Safety
All tasks must be performed in line with required health and safety rules and procedures at all times.
