Position Overview

We are looking for an adept Civil Engineer with a robust background in construction and waterproofing systems. This role requires overseeing construction workflows and ensuring waterproofing installations align with professional standards and project specifics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations related to construction and waterproofing at various project locations.
• Design and implement waterproofing strategies for multiple structural elements such as basements, terraces, roofs, bathrooms, water tanks, retaining walls, and podiums.
• Supervise structural activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and repair tasks.
• Assess site conditions to suggest suitable waterproofing materials and application techniques.
• Guarantee adherence to architectural drawings, technical specifications, quality benchmarks, and schedule deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Carry out quality inspections and resolve any technical challenges involving construction and waterproofing.
• Maintain safety protocols and thorough site documentation.
• Estimate material needs and oversee consumption to reduce waste.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of waterproofing systems, construction methodologies, and site operations.
• Capability to interpret construction plans and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing work schedules, drafting site reports, and preparing material estimates.
