Role Overview

As Chief of Staff to the General Manager for the Middle East region, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s rapid regional expansion. This position requires a strategic, operational leader who can manage complex enterprise interactions, drive regional revenue operations, and ensure team alignment and accountability as the company scales through multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the GM to shape strategy, oversee revenue operations, and develop regional plans.
• Manage forecasting, maintain pipeline integrity, and handle capacity planning for the Middle East team.
• Facilitate execution of complex deals and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Participate in recruiting processes, customer meetings, and represent the GM when necessary.
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones and manage diverse projects.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and follow-through on commitments within the team.
• Proactively identify operational challenges and resolve them before issues escalate.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and amplify personal and team impact.
• Handle confidential information sensitively and act as a trusted liaison throughout the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibits humility, strong ownership, and willingness to work on any task.
• Demonstrates sharp analytical skills, practical thinking, and strong business acumen.
• Comfortable engaging with clients as well as analyzing data via spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Passionate about AI innovation and eager to contribute to a trailblazing company in the AI space.
• Located in Singapore or within the same time zone as the team operations.
• Experience in consulting, investment or private banking, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles within fast-growing startups.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
