About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the US region.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with prominent retailers, distributors, and strategic allies.
- Lead efforts for retail footprint expansion and commercial business growth.
- Manage the US profit and loss statement and overall business performance metrics.
- Recruit, develop, and oversee the US team as operations scale.
- Collaborate closely with company founders on long-term strategic planning.
Experience and Skills Required
- Demonstrated success in leading or scaling businesses in the fast-growing consumer products sector.
- Strong expertise in consumer packaged goods (CPG), preferably in food or beverage categories.
- Proven track record of launching and expanding brands through retail channels.
- Comfortable and skilled at engaging and negotiating with large retailers and commercial partners.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a practical and proactive approach to company building.
