Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, permanent part-time Checkout Operator at Mitre 10 MEGA Henderson. This role involves serving as a friendly point of contact at the checkout, assisting customers with their purchases, sharing helpful tips, and maintaining an energetic atmosphere within the store. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on engaging with people and being part of an active, supportive team.

• Operate the checkout efficiently and courteously, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Engage with customers positively, offering helpful advice and creating a welcoming environment.

• Availability to work fixed hours every week, specifically Fridays from 2:15 PM to 6:15 PM and Saturdays from 10:45 AM to 6:15 PM, without splitting the shifts.

Working Hours

Permanent part-time role with 11 hours per week at the Henderson store: Friday 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM and Saturday 10:45 AM - 6:15 PM. Candidates must reliably commit to working these set hours year-round.
