A reputed Chartered Accountancy practice based in Malad West, Mumbai, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join their team. This position is well suited for recent CA qualifiers or those with up to two years of experience, offering an opportunity to manage client audits and compliance activities firsthand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive statutory and internal audits covering all aspects of client financial records.
• Visit various client locations around Mumbai to verify data and gather financial information.
• Handle all matters relating to taxation including computation, filing, and compliance for both direct and indirect taxes.
• Compile and prepare accurate financial reports aligned with the relevant accounting standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address accounting concerns and strengthen professional relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Completed the Chartered Accountancy certification through ICAI.
• Up to two years of experience post-qualification in audit and finance roles.
• Proficient in using Tally software and Microsoft Excel for accounting and reporting purposes.
• Thorough understanding of statutory compliance regulations.
• Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for client audits and meet deadlines efficiently.

Compensation and Location

The role offers a monthly salary between ₹40,000 and ₹60,000, which can be negotiated based on the applicant's merit. The position is based in Malad West, Mumbai, and requires onsite presence at various client locations.
