The organization, powered by enthusiastic students, organizes events, develops educational content, and launches impactful community initiatives. It also promotes volunteerism through workshops, webinars, donation drives, and competitions aimed at broadening access to learning.

Role Overview

The Chapter Leader will autonomously establish and oversee a local chapter to foster and expand equitable educational opportunities within their city.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and capability in managing teams and inspiring volunteers for student-led projects.
• Experience in youth groups, education nonprofits, or community outreach is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage efficiently with students, educators, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Strong dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with awareness of varying cultural and social contexts.
