Role Overview
This position is based in Sydney CBD and offers a long-term fixed-term contract opportunity. The role focuses on supporting the implementation of significant organisational changes by assisting in the design, development, and delivery of change management communications that facilitate successful adoption and embedding of new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of change management and communication plans aligned with major organisational change programs.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies related to business project impacts.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of four years' experience in a communications role, with preference for those experienced in organisational change communication management.
- Strong abilities in communication, presentation, and interpersonal relations, capable of influencing and engaging a variety of audiences.
- Skilled in simplifying and presenting complex information in an engaging, clear, and concise manner.
- Adaptable and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity and working in dynamic environments.
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders independently with flexibility.
- Good understanding of change management principles and their application.
- Proficient with various communication tools and platforms.
