Role Overview

As a Casual Receptionist at Summerset's Heritage Park Village in Auckland, you will be an essential part of a team devoted to fostering a safe, healthy, and enjoyable lifestyle for the elderly residents. This role acts as the welcoming face of the community, requiring effective communication with residents and their families.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient administrative assistance, management support, and document handling for both the Village and the Care Centre.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the reception desk to residents, visitors, the village management team, and staff.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in customer service with a solid background in administrative functions.
• Competent in supporting management teams through reliable administrative tasks.
• Highly attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy and strong time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively take initiative when needed.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for engaging with diverse individuals.
