CASA Sales Officer

About the Role

Axis Bank Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the position of CASA Sales Officer on a full-time, on-roll basis. The role involves field sales primarily located at the closest Axis Bank branch to the employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through promotion of Axis Bank's Current and Savings Account (CASA) products.
• Perform field marketing activities and engage with potential clients on a daily basis.
• Develop strong customer relationships to foster new business leads and opportunities.
• Promote cross-selling of additional banking products, including deposits, insurance, and other financial services.
• Follow up with existing customers to enhance deposit levels and strengthen connections.
• Meet monthly sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate degree is required.
• Open to both fresh graduates and those with experience.
• Effective communication and customer handling skills are essential.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred for ease of field visits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Cost to Company (CTC) is ₹19,000.
• Take-home pay amounts to ₹16,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives can go up to ₹50,000 per month.
