Role Overview

The Cardiac Physiologist position in Singapore focuses on the analysis and reporting of Holter monitor recordings and demands a detail-oriented approach to maintaining clinical quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Holter monitor data specifically for the Singapore region using specialized tools.
• Leverage CardioScan's cloud-based BeatBox system to manage, review, allocate, and report Holter studies efficiently.
• Produce clear, precise, and clinically accurate reports with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure timely completion of workload to meet customer service level agreements consistently.
• Adhere strictly to internal quality standards, processes, and clinical protocols.
• Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve clinical service delivery and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication across multiple regions and foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Contribute actively to sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the clinical team.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years' experience performing Holter analysis in the cardiac sector.
• Educational background includes an Associate Diploma or equivalent degree in Science; Cardiac Care Technician certification is a plus.
• Strong grasp of cardiac terminology, related diagnostic technologies, and reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels.
• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated with a positive outlook and teamwork spirit.
• Able to function independently as well as collaboratively to meet key performance indicators and contribute to team goals.
• Preference for a stable professional environment over hospital shift work.
