Role Overview
The Campaign Analyst position involves designing, building, and refining data-driven customer communication strategies for card portfolios with a focus on accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and effectiveness. Responsibilities include leveraging analytical and technical skills to generate customer insights, behavior-triggered messaging, and measurement frameworks that support personalized, scalable, and compliant multi-channel communications.
This role operates within an agile team environment, collaborating with stakeholders to translate marketing and business requirements into technical campaign solutions while recommending improvements based on data insights to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute data-driven customer campaigns using SQL, SAS, and related tools.
- Convert marketing and product needs into detailed technical campaign designs, segmentation schemas, and data models.
- Apply consistent procedures and quality checks to uphold standards, data accuracy, and output reliability.
- Perform analytical assessments before and after campaigns, identifying factors influencing outcomes, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting enhancements.
- Maintain and develop analytical tools such as dashboards, reports, and statistical models to boost campaign success.
- Determine major elements affecting campaign results, engagement rates, and conversions, and propose optimization strategies for messaging, channels, targeting, and sequencing.
- Promote a culture of data-based decision-making throughout the team.
- Contribute to team skill development and foster a constructive work environment.
- Note: The role requires a minimum of three days onsite weekly, with specific expectations communicated by the hiring manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive experience with SQL and SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and campaign creation.
- Solid track record analyzing large datasets, deriving actionable insights, and constructing analytical models.
- High attention to detail combined with systematic problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Background in data-driven marketing, CRM, or customer analytics, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including influence across teams.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills applicable to fast-paced settings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the capacity to clearly communicate insights.
