Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join as Call Centre BPO Executives focusing on promoting herbal and Ayurvedic healthcare products in the Delhi-NCR area. The role involves engaging with both existing and prospective customers to effectively communicate product benefits and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential and current clients to advocate for herbal and Ayurvedic health items.
- Clearly articulate the features and health advantages of each product in a professional manner.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate product options accordingly.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to convert inquiries into finalized sales.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions through CRM or Excel databases.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Address customer questions and provide exceptional post-sale assistance.
