Role overview
We are looking for a Call Center Executive to serve as the main contact point for customers, offering timely and professional assistance through phone, email, and chat. This position is based in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, and requires working onsite while coordinating closely with team members and management to deliver a smooth customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming and outgoing calls and assist customers with questions, complaints, and service requests.
- Keep customer interaction records up to date in the database with accurate and well-structured data entry.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals established by management.
- Forward unresolved matters to the right internal department and include complete supporting details.
- Explain products, services, and procedures to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Must-have requirements
- Prior experience working in a call center is mandatory.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Solid problem-solving ability along with effective time management.
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to communicate in more than one language.
- Exposure to CRM tools or call center software.
- Previous customer service experience in the UAE market.
- Capability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
