Compensation

• The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30, with the exact rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the Hinesville, GA location.
• Additional performance incentives are available annually or quarterly.
• Extra premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties, with the possibility of multiple premiums applying simultaneously.
