Job Overview
Good Flippin Foods Private Limited is seeking male candidates for cafe staff roles at multiple locations in Mumbai including Ghatkopar Rcity, Lower Parel, Marine Lines, Breach Candy, Andheri East, Juhu, Oshiwara, Powai, Thane Meadows, Thane Wagle, Thane Kasarvadavali, Mira Road, Malad, and Borivali IC.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of burgers including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, pork, and beef options.
- Manage counter operations efficiently and provide excellent guest service.
- Maintain hygiene standards throughout the workspace.
- Handle packing of food items for customers.
- Adapt to day and night rotational shifts as scheduled.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education qualification of SSC or HSC.
- Willingness to work 9-hour shifts with rotational timing between day and night.
Working Conditions and Compensation
- One weekday off per week.
- Salary disbursed on the first day of each month.
- Monthly in-hand salary ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 INR depending on experience, with an additional monthly incentive of 1,000 INR.
