flyadeal invites enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and safety-driven individuals to be part of our Cabin Crew team. In this role, you will be essential in guaranteeing the safety, security, and comfort of our passengers while ensuring an exemplary onboard experience. You will uphold stringent safety standards, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to seamless flight operations.

Primary Duties

• Maintain the safety and security of passengers and crew during all flight stages.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with flyadeal's standards.
• Greet and assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation procedures.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and pre-flight safety checks meticulously.
• Attend professionally to passenger questions and manage onboard situations efficiently.
• Prepare, serve, and sell meals, drinks, and onboard retail items.
• Assist with cabin setup and restocking during aircraft turnaround.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck personnel to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Comply fully with company policies, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
• Engage in recurrent training and continuous skills development.

Minimum Requirements

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Height no less than 160 cm.
• Arm reach minimum of 212 cm when standing on tiptoes.
• Ability to swim at least 50 meters without assistance.
• Good physical condition for carrying out Cabin Crew responsibilities safely.
• Compliance with flyadeal's Body Mass Index (BMI) guidelines.
• Successful completion of required aviation medical examination.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Possession of a valid passport.
• Authorization to travel unrestricted to all flyadeal destinations.
• Availability and willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in customer service, hospitality, aviation, hotel management, tourism, luxury retail, food and beverage, or healthcare sectors.
• Experience functioning in fast-paced operational environments.
• Proven skills in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Additional languages spoken are advantageous.
• Experience collaborating in multicultural teams.
