Business & Technical Solutions Specialist

About the Role

Master Works' subsidiary (SOOR) is looking for a Business & Technical Solutions Specialist to act as the liaison between the business units and technology teams. This role involves aiding in business analysis, designing technical solutions, integrating systems, testing, and ensuring smooth implementation of projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather and thoroughly document both business and technical requirements from various stakeholders.
• Assist in designing solutions and integrating different systems to meet business needs.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and facilitate process enhancements.
• Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and use case scenarios.
• Support the testing phase by troubleshooting issues and ensuring resolutions are achieved efficiently.
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and technical teams, to ensure aligned project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to solutions and system integrations.
• Assist in change management initiatives and encourage user adoption to facilitate smooth transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
