Business Process Analyst - Google Workspace

About the Role

This is a remote contract opportunity for a Business Specialist focused on Google Workspace. The assignment involves supporting AI model training by creating, reviewing, and refining business content using advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools. The expected workload is flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation

The pay rate for this engagement is between $119 and $168 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Use advanced Google Workspace expertise to develop and assess high-quality business material for AI training purposes.
• Review document structure, data arrangement, and presentation practices, then share practical improvement suggestions.
• Compare AI-generated business outputs with real-world standards and recommend ways to raise quality.
• Convert complex business situations into well-organized tasks that can be used for AI model development.
• Work with teams across functions to help keep training data accurate and relevant.
• Present observations and recommendations clearly in both written and spoken form.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in business intelligence or strategy consulting is required.
• An advanced degree and a strong academic foundation in business are expected.
• You must be highly proficient in Google Workspace, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with close attention to detail, are essential.
• You should be able to quickly analyze business processes and turn them into structured insights.
