Business Operations Manager – Prime Video

About the Role

Prime Video is recruiting a Business Operations Manager responsible for overseeing several interconnected projects to align with the organization's strategic vision. This position involves managing dependencies among projects, weekly monitoring of key organizational tasks, budget distribution, and aligning stakeholders to ensure delivery of sustainable business value. The role functions in a hub-and-spoke model where the core team concentrates on expertise, tools, and adoption, while business operations managers lead execution with their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data systems that provide thorough business insights.
• Create and maintain scalable business processes and information systems supporting cross-organizational teams.
• Develop and manage the Prime Video operations database.
• Produce and update detailed documentation, such as standard operating procedures, training content, and knowledge repositories to promote excellence in operations at scale.
• Promote alignment and uniformity across global teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• At least 3 years of collaborative work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience spanning over 3 years in defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features like Pivot Tables and VLookUps, along with SQL knowledge.
• Ability to specify program requirements and utilize metrics to guide improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience managing end-to-end delivery processes and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
• A minimum of 3 years dedicated to driving process enhancements.
• Adept in stakeholder management, engaging with diverse personnel across organizational levels.
• Skilled in establishing processes, project management frameworks, and scheduling.
