Business Excellence Senior Analyst

About the Role

This role leads initiatives aimed at operational excellence and supports the organization in pursuing institutional and business excellence awards. The main objective is to enhance process improvement and benchmark performance throughout the Group's sectors, preparing the organization for recognition in excellence awards aligned with its growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough operational excellence evaluations across various sectors to identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Utilize structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Excellence to analyze and redesign workflows for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate the preparation of submissions for institutional and business excellence awards, including the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and EFQM Excellence Model, managing the collection of supporting evidence across sectors.
• Benchmark operational key performance indicators against both sector and industry standards to detect performance shortfalls.
• Assist the Quality Manager in the development and upkeep of excellence frameworks and maturity models.
• Generate comprehensive operational excellence reports and propose improvement roadmaps for executive review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in operational or business excellence, process improvement, or quality management roles.
• Practical familiarity with excellence frameworks such as EFQM, Baldrige, or their equivalents, including experience in managing award submissions.
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Preferred: Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
• Preferred: Experience contributing to successful institutional excellence award submissions.
• Preferred: Worked in retail, manufacturing, or multi-sector holding company environments.
• Preferred: EFQM Assessor certification or an equivalent credential.
