About the Role

Archivist is a forward-thinking and fast-growing marketplace and fashion start-up committed to becoming the top partner for premium and luxury brands in managing their archives. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Working Student to join our team and help drive our efforts in acquiring brands and onboarding partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform market research to detect potential brand collaborators aligning with our company's mission and targets.
• Support outreach initiatives to attract prospective brands, highlighting the unique advantages of joining our fashion start-up.
• Work alongside the marketing team to prepare and improve presentation materials and brand pitches.
• Keep an organized and detailed database of prospective partners and communication history.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new brand partners by coordinating between different teams like operations and marketing to ensure smooth integration.
• Help create effective onboarding documents and materials to optimize the process.
• Serve as a contact point between the company and new partners, responding to questions and ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with both existing and potential brand partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on joint promotional activities and campaigns involving partners.
• Collect partner feedback to identify improvement areas and contribute to ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-driven attitude towards responsibilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry trends is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
