Many roofers, contractors, med spas, and law firms are highly skilled in their trade but struggle with the business side of operations, and the platform is built to help them generate materially more revenue.

At present, businesses often need to rely on agencies, multiple disconnected tools, and long setup and maintenance cycles. Even then, performance can be inconsistent and systems can break.

The role is highly hands-on and fast-paced. You will spend most of your time on the phone, take ownership of your results, maintain a clean pipeline and CRM, and use customer feedback to improve targeting and messaging. You will also analyze your own performance data, identify what is and is not working, and contribute to the systems and processes needed to scale outbound volume dramatically without losing efficiency.
